Scope

Q-File contains proxy statements, annual reports and sometimes other SEC filings on microfiche from 1978 to 1991.
 

Organization

For Q-File, the index and "how to" notebooks are on the left end of the table to the left of the microforms help desk. Pull out the index sheet that matches the first letter of your company and year. Using the machine on that table, locate your company. Copy down the number (not the date) and go to the two cabinets down the row across from the microforms desk. Locate the proper fiche and take to a reader.
