10-meter resolution DEM layer packages are now available for each county.
DE State Plane NAD 1983 HARN (meters); elevation (Z) values are floating-point
in meters.

2002-2007 Land-Use/Land
Cover Change Matrices for Delaware, by county and statewide, are
now available for
download as Excel spreadsheet.

John Mackenzie has created
10-meter resolution surface permeability
rasters for each county. Cell values range from 0 to 100 indicating
square meters (and percentages)
of impervious surface. These rasters were compiled from the
1-meter resolution binary impervious cover rasters
distributed by Mike Mahaffie (Office of State Planning Coordination).
