Dr. Titus Awokuse is an Associate Professor and and Director of
Graduate Studies in the Department of
Food and Resource Economics at the University of Delaware. He teaches
undergraduate and graduate level courses in international trade, agricultural
and natural resource policy,
and applied statistics. Dr. Awokuse conducts empirical economic research on
policy issues related to international trade, agricultural and energy market
structure and performance, economic growth and development economics. He holds a
Ph.D. degree in agricultural and applied economics from Texas A&M University at
College Station. He has published his academic research papers in several refereed
journals such as: Economics Letters,
Canadian Journal of Economics, Applied Economics,
Economic Modelling,
Journal of Agricultural & Resource Economics, Canadian Journal of Agricultural Economics,
Journal of Applied Economics, and Journal of
Energy & Development.
I'm currently on sabbatical leave (Aug. 2008 - July 2009).

Agricultural and Resource Economics Review is
the official
publication of the Northeastern Agricultural and Resource Economics Association
(NAREA). The purpose of the journal is to foster and
disseminate professional thought and literature relating to the economics of
agriculture, natural resources, and economic development. It is published twice
a year in April and October.
As
editors (Titus Awokuse and Joshua Duke), we encourage the submission and
publication of high quality articles that emphasize both theoretical and
empirical research in all areas of agricultural, resource and environmental
economics. We are interested in the publication of clearly written manuscripts
that make unique contributions to the field and could be accessed by a wide
range audience in the economics profession.
