POLICY
The University provides up to $50 per fiscal year for eligible full-time employees (and up to $25 for part-time) towards the costs of approved University Wellness activities. This includes, but is not limited to: fitness programs, health screenings and seminars, nutrition programs, worksite and video programs. Employees with "Visiting" personnel classifications are not eligible for this benefit.
Effective July 1, 2002, individuals with UNIVERSITY Retiree status are eligible to use $50 each fiscal year towards approved Wellness activities.
PROCEDURE
Those who wish to participate should contact the Wellness Center at 125 Carpenter Sports Building (831-8388). See the Wellness Home Page for Wellness Information
