POLICY

All newly hired salaried staff are in a probationary status during the first 90 days of employment. This period is used to provide the employee with proper instruction and guidance regarding the duties of the position and for the supervisor to observe and evaluate employee performance/adaptability for continued employment. Prior to the end of the probationary period, a written review of the employee's performance is made by the supervisor.
