Resources for Prospective Students

Information Regarding Admission to the University of Delaware:

Pre-admission inquiries about disabilities are not allowed by colleges. You do not have to self-identify as a person with a disability until you are admitted and decide to attend. If you have questions about whether the University of Delaware is right for you, please contact the Disability Support Services Office (DSS), and we will be happy to answer your questions. Admission to the University and specific programs is subject to meeting academic standards and other requirements, regardless of disability status.

Please do not send disability documentation to the admissions office, it will not be forwarded to the DSS Office, nor does it constitute notice of disability status. Please follow the procedures outlined in the following information for current students.

Tours of campus can be arranged by contacting the visitor's center, www.udel.edu/visit. Please allow time for them to make any accommodations that are necessary.
