The office is open for business in Room 119 Alison Hall.

Ally Twordoski is a senior at the University of Delaware who served an internship at the Office of Disabilities Support Services during the 2009 Winter Session. She is also legally blind.
Ally said this internship was her first opportunity to explore the work environment with her disability, adding she wanted to prove to herself that it was possible to work given the circumstances.
At the office, Ally conducted a research survey on book accommodations for students with disabilities and tested the accessibility of UD Web pages and new technologies to assist the visually impaired.
Ally said her experience taught her a lot about thriving in a work environment, adding she is thankful for all the help and support she received in the Office.
Ally is a human services major with a minor in disabilities studies and hopes to get more experience in the human services field in the future, working with children and families, in particular.
