James GoetschiusGraduate Research Assistant BioJim is a PhD student in the Disaster Science and Management program at the University of Delaware. He has served for more than 16 years as a health facilities planner for the U.S. Army on a wide range of planning, design, and construction projects in the United States and overseas. Jim earned a Master of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and holds undergraduate degrees in architecture and psychology from Norwich University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
