Each year approximately 500 recruiters representing over 300 different
organizations come to the University of Delaware to interview students for
permanent full-time positions beginning after graduation. Additional
organizations will interview underclassmen during the spring semester for
full-time, summer positions. For the Fall Semester interviews run from October
1 to December 16, 2007. For the Spring Semester interviews run from
February 12 to May 22, 2008. Interviews are not held during Winter Session
or Spring Break, however, resumes for upcoming interviews may be submitted
during these periods. Resumes are submitted online through
bluehens.erecruiting.com to individual organizations 21-15 days prior to the
actual interview date.

you have signed up for, you must contact the Campus Interview Program
Office at 831-2391.

"frozen" so the recruiter and the Campus Interview Program Office know
the schedules for the day.
- Interview Date: Students should arrive at the Bank of America Career
Services Center (2nd Floor, 401 Academy Street) 10-15 minutes prior to
their scheduled interview time to check-in, freshen up, and meet any
"greeters" the organization brought with them.
No-Shows and Cancellations
When you sign-up for an interview, you have made a commitment to meet the
employer.
If you are unable to appear for your scheduled interview, notify the
Coordinator of the Campus Interview Program at least 48 hours in advance,
so that alternates may be contacted. If you cancel within 48 hours of an
interview or are a "no-show" for a scheduled interview, you will be
suspended from participation in the Campus Interview Program until you
write a letter of explanation to the recruiter and provide the
Coordinator with a copy of the letter. Employers expect information
regarding student cancellations. It is professional courtesy to provide
information regarding your situation.
When You Accept a Job Offer
When you accept a job offer it is important to inform Career Services of
your decision, because it affects your participation in the Campus
Interview Program and the Resume Referral System.
- You can inform Career Services of your decision by stopping by and
completing a "Confidential Job Offer
Form".
- You should remove your resume from the "Resume Book" feature of
bluehens.erecruiting.com so employers can no longer find and contact you.
If you do not remove it, it remains accessible to employers until August
of your graduation year.
