• Check-in: 10:00am
• Employer Lunch: 11:00am - 12:00pm
• Career Fair: 12:00pm to 3:30pm

This fair provides applicants from ALL MAJORS and ALL DEGREE levels a chance to meet and interview with a number of organizations looking for their diverse backgrounds. This fair has been combined with the Summer Opportunities Fair and the Engineering, Science, & Technology Career Fair.

The following organizations are invited to attend:

• Corporations, organizations and businesses of all sizes
• Non-profit and related organizations
• Government agencies
• Summer camps & community organizaations
• Volunteer organizations
• On-campus departments hiring for the summer

Costs: The Spring Career Fair costs include, one table, lunch & parking for 2 representatives. Registration fees based on organization type are as follows: $500 - general, $400 - government entities, $300 - non-proft, $200 - small businesses.

Payment Information: We now accept payment online through Symplicity's secure payment system. Please have payment method ready when you register (MasterCard, Visa, American Express credit cards as well as checks* are acceptable forms of payment). Confirmation and invoice/receipt will be sent via e-mail after your registration has been processed.

*Make checks payable to University of Delaware and send to the Career Services Center using the address at the top of the invoice.

Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations must be made by email to Kristal Olowolafe, Events Manager at career-events@udel.edu. A $25 fee will be applied to all cancellations. No refunds if cancelled after the registration deadline.

Fair Logistics:

• Post positions in the Blue Hen Careers database. Choose to hold interviews on campus after the fair and have applications sent directly to you, and more.

  **Special hotel rates are available for this fair at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel at University of Delaware and Embassy Suites (both based on availability). Mention "UD Career Fair" when making reservations by phone.
  
  
• Shipping Instructions - details on where to send display materials for the upcoming fair
  
  
• Parking Map & Information - parking is available in the lot behind the Bob Carpenter Sports & Convocation Center.

*Note: If you choose to decorate your booth/table with balloons, ONLY MYLAR BALLOONS may be used in University of Delaware facilities.
