Terrance Bowman is a 1995 graduate of the University of Delaware, where he majored in 
Electrical Engineering and was a member of the RISE Program.  Outside of academics,
Terrance was very active in several student organizations: the CPAB, NSBE, IEEE, BSU, and Kappa Alpha Psi to name a few.
Terrance began his professional career at Accenture as a Software Engineer in 1995.  
He quickly made his way through the ranks and was promoted to Technology Manager in 2000.
Terrance completed his MBA at Widener University in December 2003.  In 2005, he left 
Accenture and joined JPMorgan Chase as a Vice President in the Corporate Internet Group.
He is currently a Technical Operations Lead as is responsible for large infrastructure 
projects that impact Chase's major retail and credit card websites.  In addition to 
handling his daily work responsibilities, he leads various recruiting and diversity 
initiatives for JPMorgan Chase.
In October of 2003, he was awarded with the University of Delaware’s Presidential Award 
for Outstanding Achievement.  Terrance is a past president of the University of Delaware 
Black Alumni Organization (BAO).  He currently serves on the Board of Directors the 
University of Delaware Alumni Association, Chester Fine Arts Center, Chester Alumni 
Foundation, and The Second Mile, Inc.
