The Health Sciences Career Fair gives medical centers, hospitals, institutes, rehabilitation centers and allied health professional schools the chance to discuss job opportunities with UD students and alumni majoring in nursing, medical technology, and other health-related areas. Visit the College of Health Sciences for a list of degree programs.

Schedule:

• Check-in: 10:00am - 12:15pm
• Lunch: 11:30am - 12:15pm
• Career Fair: 12:30 - 3:00pm
• Breakdown: 3:10 - 4:00pm

Attention University of Delaware departments and units: Want to register for this event? Contact Kristal Olowolafe, Events Manager at 302-831-8569 before you register.

Registration deadline October 21st - to be included in the fair booklet. We are still receiving registrations for the fair.

Payment Information: The cost of the 2011 fair is $175 which includes: table, lunch, and parking for upto 2 representatives. We now accept payment online through Symplicity's secure payment system. Please have payment method ready when you register (MasterCard, Visa, American Express credit cards as well as checks* are acceptable forms of payment). Confirmation and invoice/receipt will be sent via e-mail after your registration has been processed. All fees must be received prior to the event.

*Make checks payable to University of Delaware and send to the Career Services Center using the address at the top of the invoice.

Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations must be made by email to Bonnie Robinson at brobinsn@udel.edu. A $25 fee will be applied to all cancellations. No refunds if cancelled after the registration deadline.

Fair Logistics:

• Post positions in the Blue Hen Careers database. Choose to hold interviews on campus after the fair and have applications sent directly to you, and more.
  
  
• Local Accommodations and Travel information
  **Special hotel rates are available for this fair at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel at University of Delaware and Embassy Suites (both based on availability). Mention "UD Career Fair" at when making reservations by phone.
  
  
• Parking - is availalbe in the parking garage adjacent to the Trabant University Center at 17 West Main Street, Newark, DE 19716. Please bring your parking ticket to the fair with you. The cost of parking is included in your registration fee.

Note: If you choose to decorate your booth/table with balloons, ONLY MYLAR BALLOONS may be used in University of Delaware facilities.
