The Fall Career Fair provides an informative and diverse forum for employers and UD students to interact. The Fall Career Fair is held in the early fall of each year, is open
to UD students and alumni of all majors and degree levels, and marks the beginning of
our campus recruiting season. This fair is designed to help identify UD talent for full
time, part time, internship, and volunteer opportunities, and match these students with appropriate employers. Traditionally, this is UD’s largest fair drawing over 1500 applicants and 200 employers each year.

The 2013 Fall Career Fair has been enhanced by the addition of several new opportunities, such as incorporating the Volunteer Fair thereby including community & volunteer organizations exclusively hiring volunteers. Don’t miss

If you are looking for a full-time job or an internship this year
or next summer, this is the event for you!

This event is UD's largest career fair for ALL MAJORS and ALL DEGREE LEVELS with over 200 employers expected to attend. Organization representatives will be in attendance to provide information regarding career opportunities with their organization, as well as hiring needs
and requirements for full-time jobs and internships.

Additionally, this year’s Fall Fair includes the Volunteer Fair, a key stop
on your CareerMAP. Volunteering is a great way to get involved,
identify future career goals, and gain essential career experience. In today’s tough economy, volunteering will make your resume stand out above the rest…

Research the Organizations! For the full list of organizations currently registered for the Fall Career Fair log into your Blue Hen Careers account and go to "events".

All students attending the Fall Career Fair will be given a program including a listing and floor plan of the company participants.

Fall Career Fair will take place at University of Delaware's Newark Campus:

Parking Map & Information - parking is available in the lot behind the Bob Carpenter Sports & Convocation Center at no cost.
Registration Details
- Costs: Registration fees based on organization type are as follows: $500 - general, $400 - government entities, $300 - non-profit, $200 - small businesses (250 employees or less), $50 - volunteer organizations. Sponsorship packages are availble - click here for more information (accessible on the registration form).
- Payment Information: We now accept payment online through Symplicity's secure payment system. Please have payment method ready when you register (MasterCard, Visa, American Express credit cards as well as checks* are acceptable forms of payment). Confirmation and invoice/receipt will be sent via e-mail after your registration has been processed. All fees must be received prior to the event.
*Make checks payable to University of Delaware and send to the Career Services Center using the address at the top of the invoice.
- Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations must be made by email to The Events Team at career-events@udel.edu. A $25 fee will be applied to all cancellations. No refunds if cancelled after the registration deadline of September 9, 2013.

  **Special hotel rates are available for this fair at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel at University of Delaware and Embassy Suites (both based on availability). Mention "UD Career Fair" when making reservations by phone to the local facility.
- Shipping Materials - details are below on where to send display materials for the upcoming fair. Display items must be sent by Monday, September 23, 2013.

    NOTE: Career Services will arrange for all display and materials to be moved from the Receiving Department to your organization's table at the Bob Carpenter Center.
- Return shipping - All displays & materials must have a pre-paid return shipping label and a proper container. The pick-up location will be at the check-in desk and pick-up time is up until 5:00pm. Major carriers such as: DHL, FedEx, and UPS are familiar with Trabant University Center. You must bring a pre-paid return shipping label so that your items can be shipped out following the fair.
