Approximately 15 organizations will attend the
Fashion & Apparel Studies Career Day which will be held on Tuesday, February
28, 2006 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. in the Rodney Room, Perkins Student Center.
The event is co-sponsored by the Department of Fashion & Apparel Studies
and the Bank of America Career Services Center.
The Career Fair is open to all Apparel Design and
Fashion Merchandising majors (and students considering majors/careers in these
fields).
February 28, 2006 (1:00-3:00 p.m., Rodney Room)
Bring your resume! Attend Resume Preparation workshop if you don't already have
a resume prepared and/or make an appointment to have your resume critiqued
at Career Services (831-2392).
Dress appropriately - these are potential employers
and/or UD alumni you will be meeting.
CSC Calendar of Events
All students who attend the career fair will be
given a program upon arrival which includes a complete list of the career
fair participants as well as a floor plan showing table locations within the
Rodney Room. Students should try to meet as many alumni and/or employer representatives
as possible, ask good questions, and collect business cards for follow-up.
