The Bank of America Career Services Center provides opportunities to
identify potential employers through a variety of job and employer
listings, including the Campus Interview
Program. Each year approximately 400 recruiters representing about 200
different organizations interview students on our campus for career
positions. Resumes are submitted online to individual organizations prior
to their actual interview date through the Blue Hen Jobs (formerly eRecruiting) system. See www.udel.edu/CSC/cip.html for an overview of how the
