The Campus Interview Program offers
graduating students the opportunity to interact with approximately 300
organizations each year. While the organizations who participate are quite
selective and competition for positions quite keen, the process of
interviewing can assist you in better defining your career goals and
improve your interview skills. The procedures for participating in the
Campus Interview Program are described at
www.udel.edu/CSC/registration.html. Please be
certain to utilize other services offered by the Career Services Center as
you conduct your job search.
While most organizations participating in the Campus Interview Program are
seeking students/alumni ready to start full-time, permanent positions
beginning in January/February 2008 or primarily for Summer 2008, some
organizations will also conduct interviews with underclassmen to fill
summer internship positions. Interviews begin Monday, October 1, 2007
and end Thursday, May 22, 2008. Interviews are not held during Winter
Session or spring break, however resumes for organizations interviewing
during the spring semester can be submitted during these periods.
Resumes are submitted online to individual organizations prior to their
actual interview date through our Blue Hen Jobs (formerly eRecruiting) system.
In addition to information on the above listed organizations,
Blue Hen Jobs contains several hundred additional job listings for
full-time, permanent, degree-required positions and over 1000 internship
listings. You must register
with the Career Services Center in order to use the Blue Hen Jobs system.
