10	Pages 368-369
12	There are two possible answers that both start with the letter "c". Clue: are the "scattered" thorughout memory? Or are they the opposite of "scattered"?
18	See Section 5.12.2, starting on p. 362.
26,27	See Section 5.8, especially pp 347 and 348. Also note that the setw(4) doesn't appear to have any effect on the output, so just pretend it isn't there.
27	Don't forget to include the output "The string in array x is:" in your answer; same with the other two strings.
28,35	Read pp. 365-368
29	Read pp. 369-370
