Excluded from Chapters 6, 7, 8, 9

Section 7.3: Enumerated Types
Section 7.4: Iterative Approximations

Everything else is fair game, but stress the parts we
COVERED IN LECTURE OR IN PROGRAMMING ASSIGNMENTS.

I'm not likely to ask questions about obscure topics
we never covered in lecture or programming assignments.

Use the book mostly to re-enforce and fill in details.
