Building Bridges to the Future (BBF) is an innovative leadership program for youth entering grades 10, 11, and 12. that takes place over the course of one year. Youth are engaged in developing skills in self awareness, diversity education, conflict management, advocacy, and leadership.
Volunteers are needed during the summer retreat to assist with facilitating sessions and adding value to the dialog experience. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer and are available to participate the entire week, lodging and transportation is complimentary. If you are unable to commit for the entire week other arrangements can be made to suit your needs. For more information, please contact Kietra Winn, Director of Youth Services at (302) 655-0039 ext. 231.
