Tuesday, November 18th
6pm, Gore Hall Room 116
Witness Africa like you've never seen it before. This phenomenal slide show takes you through a realistic and rarely shown view of modern and natural life on the continent. From the Kairouan Mosque in Tunisia to the University of Ghana, these pictures highlight the great beauty and diversity that is so often overlooked by the media. In addition, Dr. Yasser Payne, Professor of Black American Studies will lecture on the little known but very important religions of Ancient Egypt.
