The University's Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is a confidential service for all benefits-eligible UD employees. Licensed therapists are available to help individuals cope with their concerns including relationships and family, work stress/ conflict, mental health issues, care giving, grief and loss, and drug or alcohol problems.
