Personnel
The University makes available, at no cost to eligible employees, membership
in the Blood Bank of Delaware. Eligible full-time and part- time employees
may enroll at any time. Enrollment forms for this benefit are available at the
Office
of Human Resources,

Academy Street or you may download the form.
The participant or his/her designee must donate a pint of blood when requested.
If a blood donation is not possible, a $35 payment to the Blood Bank of
Delaware is acceptable.
