Year Two… A Wellness Program “Just For You!”

Beginning February 14, 2008, state, school district, charter school, higher education employees, and pre-65 retirees, as well as spouses and dependents over the age of 18 who are covered under the state group health plan, can participate in several new and exciting programs from DelaWELL Year Two including:

• Access to a confidential, online or paper-based Health Risk Assessment (HRA) for new and returning users (available through May 30). 


• Free onsite biometric health screenings to include blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose testing, and review of personal results with a Health Coach (available through May 30).  For your convenience, biometric health screenings will take place at Clayton Hall from February 25-29 (appointment required).


• Reimbursement (up to 100 percent) for participation in Weight Watchers® offerings to assist you in your weight management efforts. For additional information, please see Frequently Asked Questions.


• Free Cardio Health Assessments (600 slots available on a first-come first-served basis).

Active employees (only), who attend a Biometric Health Screening and complete an HRA, will receive a $100 incentive (paid approximately August 2008 through your University pay and subject to applicable taxes).
