Bleu Cheese & Artichoke Crab Dip

  • 6 oz. jumbo lump crabmeat
  • 3 oz. bleu cheese, softened
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 canned artichoke hearts salt and
    pepper to taste Old Bay® seasoning to taste

Mix everything together and put in a casserole dish. Bake in 400 degree preheated oven, until golden brown on top, about 20 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers or toasted baguette.

Yield: About 2 cups
