Dan Beggs Dan has been the chef at the Blue and Gold Club for 20 years. After he graduated from culinary school at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, Dan worked with the Hotel DuPont for 5 years before joining the Blue and Gold Club. |

Ray Sarro Ray is a local chef who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York in June of 1991. He has worked with Krazy Kats Restaurant, Lynnhaven Inn, The Christiana Hilton and Engine Company 3 Restaurant in Middletown. While at the Hilton, he met his wife of 5 years, Geralyn Sarro (Aellis). They are the proud parents of a beautiful little girl, Isabella Rose. Ray has been with the Blue and Gold Club for 2 years. |

Elizbeth Jordan Elizabeth is a 1999 graduate of Widener University with a BS in Hospitality Management. While working with at Saucon Valley Country Club located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania as Catering Director, she worked with various committees of the Club to meet the needs of the changing membership and introduced more family friendly activities. A member of the team that hosted the 2000 Senior Open Golf Championship, she met Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer. In the spring of 2004, Elizabeth became Catering Director at the University of Pennsylvania where she helped build a team committed to consistency in both product and service. She counts among the highlights of her time at UPenn the inauguration celebration of the current president of the University, Dr. Amy Gutmann -- an event with 15,000 guests. |
