The following is the information that must be submitted by U.S. mail:

Sample contract with artist; executed copy required at signing of license agreement with University
Proof of insurability*
Technical and security requirements of the artist/event*
Advertising plan
Catering and act/food concessions requirements

*The University reserves the right to determine security, staffing and insurance levels for each artist of event.

Contract Specifics

Liability insurance: Three million dollar coverage will be required as stated in paragraph seven (7) of the license agreement. High risk events may require higher coverage limits. Likewise, lower risk events may require less.
Staffing and security requirements and associated costs: These will be determined by BCC Administration and the UD Public Safety Department. The type and number of security personnel required for your event will be based on the artist and the anticipated attendance.
Building Deposits: The amount will be based on information on the questionnaire and an estimated budget--to be determined at time of site visit and meeting with Bob Carpenter Center Administration.
Broadcast Rights: University hereby reserves all rights and privileges for any radio or television broadcasts, or the recording or videotaping of any material originating from the Center. Should the University specifically grant in writing to Licensee the privilege to make any broadcasts or recordings, University has the right to require advance payment of any estimated related costs to University and may also require payment for said privilege in addition to the licensee fee. Such permission must be obtained in writing in advance of the event.
