If you order your
tickets online or over the phone through TicketMaster, you have the option of
picking up your tickets at the box office just before the event - no tickets
to forget at the house! Just come to the Bob Carpenter Sports/Convocation Center Box Office,
up to an hour before the start of the event, and present:
- The credit card you used to order the tickets
- Your confirmation number (given at the time you place the order), and
- A photo ID.
 Due
to extra processing costs, tickets purchased over the phone or through the TicketMaster
web site will be subject to a convenience charge. The specific amount varies
depending on the event.
