If you order your tickets through TicketMaster, you have the option of picking up your tickets at the box office just before the event - no tickets to forget at the house! Just come to the Bob Carpenter Sports/Convocation Center Box Office up to an hour before the start of the event, and present:

  1. The credit card you used to order the tickets
  2. Your confirmation number (given at the time you place the order), and
  3. A photo ID.

Due to extra processing costs, tickets purchased over the phone or through the TicketMaster Web site will be subject to a convenience charge. The specific amount varies depending on the event.
