ALL University of Delaware box offices accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, DiscoverCard, American Express, travelers and personal checks, and FLEX accounts. FLEX deposits are accepted at the Trabant University Center box office. Seating chart of the Bob Carpenter Sports/Convocation Center. Handicapped access is available.

WILL CALL
If you order your tickets online or over the phone through TicketMaster, you have the option of picking up your tickets at the box office just before the event - no tickets to forget at the house! Just come to the Bob Carpenter Sports/Convocation Center Box Office, up to an hour before the start of the event, and present:

1. The credit card you used to order the tickets
   
2. Your confirmation number (given at the time you place the order), and
3. A photo ID.
   

Due to extra processing costs, tickets purchased over the phone or through the TicketMaster website will be subject to a convenience charge. The specific amount varies depending on the event.

- Department of Music Events Schedule
- Professional Theatre Training Program
