As a part of the 1934 Centenary Celebration (the 100th Anniversary of the opening of Newark College), Emalea Pusey Warner was awarded the Medal of Honor by the University. In this photograph, the presentation is being made by Henry B. Thompson, President of the Board of Trustees.
