Understanding Program Variation

Abstract:

Statistical process control is a powerful tool for studying process variation. This presentation includes a review of the principles of variation and a discussion of the theory of control charts. In addition, the use of the individual and moving range control charts for analyzing data will be presented. Atendees will participate in creating a real-time control chart.
