New workshop opportunity beginning spring 2021!
You asked and we listened!  We have received numerous requests for workshops dedicated to specific vegetables, and we have a plan :)

Due to the pandemic, there has been an increased interest in gardening, especially in learning to grow your own food. We are offering a series of short online workshops that will cover a different vegetable each week.  Beginning Thursday, April 8, and continuing for 7 weeks through the spring, we will talk about variety selection, soil, water and light requirements, direct seeding vs. transplanting, fertilizing, potential pests and diseases, harvesting, and more for each crop.

Vegetable workshops offered this series include lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, green beans, squash, cucumbers, and pole lima beans.  Enroll below and sign up for all or only those that interest you.
REGISTRATION FOR VEGETABLES 101 - POLE LIMA BEANS ON 5/20/2021 IS CLOSED.  This series is complete.  Thank you for your participation in our workshops!
If you missed any of our Vegetables 101 presentations you can view the recordings at https://cast.desu.edu/cooperative-extension/agriculture-natural-resources/delaware-master-gardeners/master-gardener when they become available.
